On the first day of the event, you'll learn all about managing people. You'll discover how you are giving all your attention to the wrong people in your salon and demotivating your best earners, how to handle difficult staff and how to build strong resources to stop employees leaving. Our experienced salon coaches will share their insights and experiences with you, providing you with the new tools and techniques you need to become a more effective manager. Then when you have learned this technique you'll be equipped to add any manager to your team. Managing Money
Learn how to manage your numbers like a Pro. You'll use our one-page document that will tell you every week if your salon is on target to hit its goals, manage cashflow and get the best reports on how your team are performing (you could even leave your salon for months!) You'll also learn why wages + commission is a thing of the past and maybe a contributing factor to why team members are leaving for self-employment.
